iView Coach has set out to dramatically improve the interview success rate for core engineering college graduates.
We will do this:
1. By leveraging a proprietary recipe we have developed to assess, score, and identify areas of development that culminates in a customized improvement plan for each interviewee.
2. By providing much needed practice and structured feedback that mimics real life interviews conducted by large multinational companies as well as small/medium sized companies.
3. By prioritizing under-privileged students who would benefit most by learning to communicate effectively in a formal interview setting
4. By applying our collective 100+ years of experience working in Global Multinational companies such as Google, Eaton, Motorola etc.
5. As a service to the engineering community by making this service available at extremely low/no cost to college students
